How to make your take-out taste as good as dine-in?

However, these dishes can sometimes lose their original texture and quality if ordered as takeout. That’s why we prepare a full instruction on how to make take-out food taste just as good as dine-in!
Pita Bread Soaked in Beef/ Lamb Soup 泡馍

Instructions
先把馍掰成黄豆粒大小。汤烧开,下入粉丝,木耳丝,黄花菜。再次开锅后,下入掰好的馍。煮开后关火出锅。加入牛肉或羊肉。根据个人口味添加葱花,香菜和辣椒后即可食用。
Break the pita into small pieces, about the size of a soybean.
Bring the broth to a boil, then add the vermicelli, sliced wood ear mushrooms, and golden needle vegetables.
Once it returns to a boil, add the pita.
After boiling, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove.
Top with beef or lamb.
Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and chili according to personal preference.
Hand-Grasped Lamb 手抓羊肉

Instructions
汤放入锅中烧开。放入羊排,小火3-5分钟至羊排热透。捞出羊排搭配干碟蘸料或蘸汁即可食用。羊汤可根据个人口味加入胡椒粉,葱花,香菜,枸杞。
Bring the broth to a boil, add the lamb ribs, and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Get the ribs from the pot and serve them with dry spice dip or dipping sauce.
The lamb soup can be seasoned with pepper, chopped green onions, cilantro, and goji berries according to personal preference.

Instructions
先将饼放入烤箱380°F加热4-5分钟。汤烧开,加入粉丝,豆腐,木耳丝。汤再次烧开后出锅, 放入羊肉。葱花,香菜,油泼辣子可以根据个人口味添加。烤好的饼可根据个人喜好掰开放入后即可食用。
Place the pita in the oven at 380°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
Bring the broth to a boil, then add the vermicelli, tofu, and sliced wood ear mushrooms.
Once it returns to a boil, remove the pot from the stove. Add lamb, chopped green onions, cilantro, and chili oil according to personal preference.
Tear the toasted pita into pieces according to your preference, add it to the soup, and enjoy!
